HOW RETURNS WORK
Everything You Need to Know
Return orders due to a defective or incorrect product will be refunded with proof of purchase within seven (7) days via email@example.com
Store credit may be given at the discretion of BLxCK for all other concerns regarding orders. Order inquiries will be responded to within 48 hours from 11 am to 6 pm M-F excluding holidays.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
What You Need to Know
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
